Payment & rebates
- A valid GP referral is required for Medicare rebates (valid 12 months)
- Payment via card or bank transfer, due before your appointment
- Medicare rebates are processed within 2–3 business days
- We do not bulk bill
Cancellations
We require 48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or missed appointments may incur a fee of $150.
Reports & letters
Administrative reports (NDIS, Centrelink, medico-legal) are charged separately. Please contact reception for a quote.
